    Siculum is an extra virgin olive oil that for years has distinguished itself among the best italian oils. From the Tonda Iblea Cultivar, which has denominated the “Gulfi” subdivision for decades, a golden-green oil is extracted that smells freshly cut fresh herbs.
    The protected origin denomination “Monti Iblei”, accompained by the geographical indication “Gulfi”, is reserved for extra virgin olive oil obtained from the olive variety Tonda Iblea present in the olive grove for not less than 90%. Other varieties may compete up to a maximum of 10%.

    Organic extra virgin olive oil Verdese is a refined oil that comes from a monocultivar “Verdese” is a local ecotype that remains for a long time.
    It produces a green fruity olive oil whitch has an average intensity. At the palate bitterness prevails against spicy. The scent and the taste of artichoke, green tomato and almond are very delicate.
    The colour is an opaque emerald green that persistes a long because the oil contains a considerable quantity of phenolic substances.

    Culinary advice
    Best served on cold dishes like garden salad and cheese or on roasted meat and game.
