The olives harvest is one of the most difficult and, at the same time, delicate process of the olive oil campaign, after which the product obtained will be what will be brought to the dining tables of our customers. The Oleificio Villa Ponte, respecting organic regime, makes available its machines for the milling of third party. The olive paste kneading machines are driven by Wi-Fi: each single display provides information related to temperature, time braking and name of the owner of the olives.
